Hi all.

Update on my new book, Johnny’s War.

After more than 2 and a half years of writing, I can see the end of the book. Nearly there. Just finished the end of Part 7 and started Part 9. and I think the book should be finished writing stage by the end of November. Then, the read-through and then it will be off for editing. I am hoping to see it published end of December or January. I can see the light at the end of many hours day after day of writing and prof reading and correcting and editing.

I must apologise to them for waiting for book three of the Stone Mason’s stories. I did try writing the new book at the same time as Johnny’s War. But it was just too much, so I am hoping to start writing book three Mat be in March of next year. Thanks again for all your support in reading my books. And comments and requests for book three. It’s coming.

Hi there, hope all are well and happy.

Just a few updates.

I am continuing to get better, I had my meds updated, and I have had an inhaler added; it works well as and when I need it. I have not yet been out on the Trike, but I have been tinkering to make sure it's ready to go when I feel up to it. I have increased my walks, and I am not so short of breath after. The weather is getting better, the days are later longer now. I hope to start riding around the end of this month, short tides, to begin with, suck it and see.

 

The New Book, " The Company of stonemasons, book 2 "The journey" is finished and will be off to the editors when she has a slot for it.

 Book 1 The Chichester diamond Book 1 is doing very well. I am pleased, and I hope book 2 will do as well.

To give me a rest and time to recharge my brain before starting to research, book 3 will be set in Canterbury. I am revisiting a short story I have written and finished some time back called apples; it's a short story that I tried writing in the third person. I will make it into a longer story after reading it; tell me it should be longer with more infomashion on the characters, so this is my next project. 

 

Book 3 of the company of stonemasons, as I have said, will be set in Cababery, so I will have to be spending some time there researching hopeful when all is opened up again Hotels and such. And I will have some reading to get into and maps which I have already brought. I have a few storylines and ideas, but I have no main plot, but it will come. Well, that's it. I hope all are well out there and keeping safe.

NEW BOOK

I Have Just literally written the End having now finished my new book. I still have some work to do on it. The complete read though after I have finished editing this last chapter. Then Hopefully, my editor will have a slot for me to work on it. This has been a long book to write with quite a lot of research, reading and travelling to Chichester twice once to walk around the tower for the day and then a day looking at the cathedral and places that would be in the story. It's been great developing new carters that I hope are liked. Some I have already become attached to. And Hopefully carry in into another block its time, but I have to really give a rest. As this book has taken a few months of most days sitting for up to 8 Hrs a day working on it. With a two week break from it. That was very needed. OK, I will keep all updated on its progress. Now I have a week of reading through the lot and polishing Mmm not my favourite part. but it had to be done. :-)

NEW BOOK UPDATE. Well, I am nearly there, nearly there. I am on the last two chapters, Its been hard going I am pleased with it. I am literally writing the ending. half wat through. But having a rest and think. Out of the last three books, this one has taken me the longest. It's taken some 7 months. hoping to get it out for the end of November beginning of December. I have a name to for it, but not letting it out just yet as I may change my mind.
